What if my new Laifen Wave Special won't turn on?The toothbrush may need to be charged before use.Typically,the indicator light will turn on after 5-10 minutes of charging, and the toothbrush will fully charge in ~3 hours (the indicator light will turn solid green). lf there are any problems with the product, please contact csteam@laifentech.com.
How often do the brush heads need replacing?
We recommend replacing the brush head every three months or if the bristles become deformed.If the brush head is damaged in any way, please replace it immediately.

How long does the Laifen Wave Special take to fully charge and how long does the battery last?
The Laifen Wave Special can be fully charged in approximately 3 hours. When used on the default Mode.twice a day for two minutes each time, the battery will last for up to 50 days.
